I was born in Merrill, Wisconsin and was not part of the Adventist world while I lived here. I left the state in 1989 and moved to Ohio where I converted to Adventism at 35. After earning my MDiv at Andrews University I spent 17 years doing church planting work in the inner urban area of Cleveland, OH. In 2019 I accepted the call to pastor the Chippewa Falls district back in Wisconsin after spending several years in California. I have been married to my wife Patricia for 41 years and we have two great children who both teach in Adventist schools. Recently we welcomed our first grandchild into the family. My ministry passion is doing personal Bible studies and watching as people start to grasp the love of God for them. My hobbies include fishing, hunting, shooting and woodworking.
