Entrenamiento del Ministerio Infantil
Iglesia Adventista del Séptimo Día – Wisconsin
24–25 de abril de 2026
Con gratitud a Dios, los días 24 y 25 de abril se llevó a cabo el Entrenamiento del Ministerio Infantil en la Escuela Adventista de Milwaukee Norte, organizado por el Ministerio Hispano de la Conferencia de Wisconsin, con el apoyo del Pr. Gerry López, del Ministerio Infantil de la División Norteamericana.
Este entrenamiento estuvo enfocado en el nuevo currículo de Escuela Sabática “Vivos en Jesús”, así como en la preparación de la Escuela Bíblica de Vacaciones “Cactusville”. A través de estos recursos, maestros, padres y voluntarios fueron inspirados y capacitados para asumir con mayor compromiso la sagrada responsabilidad de guiar a los niños a una relación viva con Cristo.
Más que un entrenamiento, fue un llamado al corazón: reconocer que cada niño es un tesoro eterno y que, con la ayuda de Dios, podemos formar en ellos el amor a Dios desde temprana edad.
“Instruye al niño en su camino, y aun cuando fuere viejo no se apartará de él” (Proverbios 22:6).
“El trabajo hecho por los niños en la causa de Dios es más aceptable que el de los adultos, porque es hecho con sencillez y amor” (Elena G. de White, Consejos sobre la obra de la Escuela Sabática).
Que este esfuerzo motive a cada maestro, padre y voluntario a servir con entrega y fidelidad, siendo instrumentos en las manos de Dios para preparar una generación que le ame, le sirva y este lista para encontrarse con Jesús.

Children’s Ministries Training

April 24–25, 2026
With gratitude to God, the Children’s Ministries Training took place on April 24 and 25 in Wisconsin, held at the Milwaukee North SDA School. The event was organized by the Hispanic Ministries Department of the Wisconsin Conference, with the support of Pastor Gerry López from the North American Division Children’s Ministries.
This training focused on the new Sabbath School curriculum, “Alive in Jesus” (Vivos en Jesús), as well as on preparations for the “Cactusville” Vacation Bible School program. Through these resources, teachers, parents, and volunteers were inspired and equipped to embrace—with renewed commitment—the sacred responsibility of guiding children toward a living relationship with Christ.
More than just a training session, it was a call to the heart: a call to recognize that every child is an eternal treasure and that, with God’s help, we can instill in them a love for God from an early age.
“Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it” (Proverbs 22:6).
“The work done by children in the cause of God is more acceptable than that of adults, because it is done with simplicity and love” (Ellen G. White, Counsels on Sabbath School Work).
May this effort motivate every teacher, parent, and volunteer to serve with dedication and faithfulness, acting as instruments in God’s hands to prepare a generation that loves Him, serves Him, and is ready to meet Jesus.
