Regular exercise is one of the pillars of healthy living! It improves cardiovascular health, lowers blood pressure, helps control body weight, and protects against a variety of diseases. Just like a healthy diet, exercise can contribute to general good health and therefore to a healthy immune system.

Join other churches in Wisconsin in the “Walk For Life” program.” We started walking January 1 and have 7,136 walking miles submitted so far. Has your church turned in your miles yet? Miles can be submitted monthly on the Wisconsin Conference website, or to your local church Health Ministries leader through June 30. Also, on the “Walk for Life” page on the conference website, there is a Mile Equivalency Chart to help convert what ever activities you are involved in to equivalent miles you can submit.
