COVID had a huge impact on campus life over the past couple of years. Last year at this time, there was only one public campus ministry (ACF) chapter on one UW campus (Stevens Point). Fast forward to this weekend (September 23-25), representatives from FOUR campuses (UWSP, UWO, UWS, & UWL) came together for this retreat at Camp Wakonda. D2L led us in worship and Pastor David Livergood gave his powerful testimony and talked about what it means to be Rooted in Christ. Aside from that, there were small group discussions aimed at building up campus ministry groups and fun team-building games. Big thanks to our Public Campus Ministries Coordinator, Josh Guerrero for putting together this excellent weekend.
