This year’s Women’s Ministries Fall Retreat, themed “Still Being Written: He’s Not Done With You – His Grace Is Still Unfolding”, invites you to step away from daily distractions and discover the beauty of God’s ongoing work in your life.
Inspired by Philippians 1:6 (NIV):
“Being confident of this, that He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.”
Keynote Speaker: Beth Grissom
We are honored to welcome Pastor Beth Grissom, Women’s Ministries and Prayer Ministries Director for the Carolina Conference, as our keynote speaker.
Beth is a pastor, writer, speaker, Sabbath School teacher, and co-host of the Joy in the Weeds podcast. She is passionate about sharing the transformative joy of a relationship with Christ. Married to her husband Chris since 1989, Beth is a proud mother of three grown children and an even prouder grandmother—lovingly known as “Tutu” to Nolan, Emma, Charlotte, and Claire. She loves golf, travel, cooking, art, and quiet moments of rest.

Retreat Details
- Location: Camp Wakonda, W8368 County Hwy E, Oxford, WI 53952
- Dates: October 10–12, 2025
- Registration Opens: Friday at 5:00 p.m., followed by a light supper. First meeting begins at 7:00 p.m.
- Meals & Lodging: All main meetings and meals will be held at Fireside Lodge. Dorm-style lodging is provided at Hickory and Red Pine Lodges. Private accommodations can be arranged at Pioneer Motor Inn in Westfield (608-296-2135).
- Cost: Full Weekend: $110 per person (includes lodging, 5 meals, & activities) Saturday Only: $85
