Enjoy Two Women’s Retreat’s in 2020

Empowerment Weekend: February 28 – March 1

Along the Prayer Journey: September 25-27

Save the date and start saving your money, for this year we will be blessed with two retreats!

First, the Empowerment Weekend is back, and will be held February 28 – March 1, 2020, at Camp Wakonda. Our speaker from last fall’s retreat, Tawny Sportsman, is returning to share her program dealing with grief called, “Take Heart, There’s Hope.”

Here’s an excerpt: “You’re on an unexpected journey – one you didn’t plan on taking. We want you to know you don’t have to travel alone. Whether you’ve lost a loved one, suffered financial loss, are experiencing health issues, going through a divorce, whatever your struggle is, you are not alone.”

When you’re hurting, special occasions and holidays can be painful. Please join us as we connect with each other, experience healing, and learn new tools to help us navigate the holidays and stressful times, and fully embrace the hope and healing they represent.

The struggles you are experiencing are a part of your story. It’s time now to acknowledge the pain so you can embrace the hope!

The second retreat, Along the Prayer Journey, will be September 25-27 and the location is to be determined. Our featured guest speaker will be Dr. Hyveth Williams, Professor of Homiletics, at the Theological Seminary of Andrews University. More details will be provided as the time approaches.

Please continue to pray for God to guide and direct in the plans for nurturing and spiritually uplifting the ladies of Wisconsin and surrounding states, so we can be ready for when Jesus comes. May God bless you and keep you in His care.
