The Wisconsin Conference is pleased to welcome Vasti Alva as our new Associate Treasurer. Vasti holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from her home country of Peru and is currently pursuing her Master of Business Administration at Andrews University. Her heart for service within the Seventh-day Adventist mission field began during her time at ADRA Peru, and God later opened the doors for her to come to the United States. She spent six years working in the Payroll Department at the Central California Conference, followed by two years of valuable experience in the Finance Department at ADRA International.
Vasti is a dedicated servant of God, and she believes that His guidance has led her to accept the call to serve here at the Wisconsin Conference. Her goal is to serve with professionalism, integrity, humility, and unwavering commitment to the mission of Christ. She holds firm to the verse, “Wisdom’s instruction is to fear the Lord, and humility comes before honor.”
In her personal time, Vasti enjoys traveling, staying active, and reading. We are excited to have her as part of our team and look forward to the impact she will make as we continue to serve the Lord together. Please join us in welcoming her!
