Here’s how we help: The ministry of the WI Conference Planned Giving & Trust Services Department is to assist members and friends with the preparation of several important legal documents such as a Will, Power of Attorney for Health Care, and Power of Attorney for Finance. We also can help you with various kinds of Trusts and more. 

How it works: We gather the information the attorney needs to formulate your documents. You will have a phone consultation with the attorney (who will be your attorney for the purpose of your estate planning), before having an opportunity to review and approve your documents. Then we will print and prepare your documents and get them to you for signing. It’s that simple!  And it is confidential!!!

What is the Cost? This estate planning service is provided free of charge to those members whom, after providing for their families have a desire to leave a gift for the advancement of God’s work here in Wisconsin.
