Lloyd Herr, pastor in the Wisconsin Conference from 1952-1961, and his wife LaVerne, both recently passed away at their home in Vancouver, WA. Pastor Herr began his ministry in the Wisconsin Conference as an intern in the Marinette area and then became pastor of the Rice Lake District in 1953 where he stayed until moving from Wisconsin.
