Entrenamiento Hispano por Departamentos

El Sábado 29 de enero, se llevo a cabo el Entrenamiento por Departamentos para las iglesia Hispanas de Wisconsin. Estos son los Departamentos que fueron entrenados:  Ancianos, Diáconos, Diaconisas, Obra Misionera, Jóvenes, Ministerio de la Mujer e Infantil, Servicio a la Comunidad, Escuela Sabática, Secretarios y Tesoreros.

Debido al crecimiento de la membresía y por la cantidad de asistentes en cada departamento, fue necesario llevarlo a cabo en tres Iglesias diferentes:  La iglesia Adventista del Norte Milwaukee, La Central Hispana y La Hayes.

El entrenamiento fue llevado a cabo por los pastores Hispanos a quienes fue asignado un departamento y de igual manera la esposa de cada pastor quienes participaron en el entrenamiento del Ministerio de la Mujer, Ministerio Infantil, Servicio a la Comunidad y Diaconisas.

De las oficinas de la Conferencia de Wisconsin tuvimos a Caryn Erb quien dio el entrenamiento para los secretarios de iglesia como también John Ramsey con los Tesoreros.

Agradecemos a los presentadores como también a los asistentes a este entrenamiento, esperando que las iglesias puedan beneficiarse con líderes mejor capacitados para cumplir la Misión.

Hispanic Departmental Training

On Saturday, January 29, the Departmental Training for the Hispanic churches of Wisconsin was held. Departments that were trained: Elders, Deacons, Deaconesses, Personal Ministries, Youth, Women’s and Children’s Ministries, Community Service, Sabbath School, Secretaries and Treasurers.

Due to the growth in membership and therefore the number of attendees in each department, it was necessary to hold it in three different churches: North Milwaukee Adventist Church, Central Hispanic and La Hayes.

The training was carried out by the Hispanic pastors who were assigned a department and in the same way the wife of each pastor who participated in the training of the Women’s Ministry, Children’s Ministry and Community Service.

From the Wisconsin Conference offices we had Caryn Erb who did the training for the church clerks as well as John Ramsey with the Treasurers.

We thank the trainers as well as those who attended this training, hoping that the churches can benefit from better trained leaders to fulfill the Mission.
