This week I planted about 900 daffodil bulbs around our house. I look forward to enjoying these faithful spring flowers popping up for many years to come. Every bulb not only blooms every spring with lovey color that make me smile, but each bulb multiplies, creating more beautiful flowers year after year. What a wonderful simple joy God has given us in the simple daffodil.

Psalm 118:24 says. “This is the day that the Lord has made, let us rejoice and be glad in it.” I believe God loves to see us take delight in the abundance of His good gifts to us. Let’s make it a point to rejoice each day in at least one of the many good gifts God surrounds us with. And maybe God will multiply our joy each passing day like those daffodils. And maybe God’s joy will be multiplied to fill another person’s life as well!
