Certificación y Capacitación Ministerio de la Mujer y Ministerio Infantil Hispano

Por primera vez, en el Noroeste del estado de Wisconsin, se llevó a cabo la Certificación y Capacitación del Ministerio de la Mujer y Ministerio Infantil 2022 en la Iglesia Hispana de Eau Claire, el pasado 29-30 de abril. La maestra Rosa Morales y Psicóloga Karol Mantilla fueron las presentadoras de este evento.

Los líderes del Ministerio de la Mujer y Ministerio Infantil se beneficiaron de esta Certificación y Capacitación como también los aspirantes a Guía Mayor.

El Ministerio de la Mujer culminó con su Certificación del libro Mente, Carácter y Personalidad parte II de la Certificación Salud Espiritual que se inicio el año pasado. La Psicóloga Karol trató temas sumamente importantes sobre la educación de los hijos y el rol de los padres en la salvación de estos. También habló de la importancia de cuidar la mente, el cuerpo y todas las avenidas del alma, citando Prov. 23:7, “Y y sobre todas las cosas, cuida tu mente, porque ella es la fuente de la vida”. “Cual es su pensamiento en su corazón, ta es él.”

El Ministerio de la Mujer Hispana, además de capacitarse y certificarse, toma estos eventos para evangelizar e invita a sus amigas. Tuvimos varias invitadas que quedaron sumamente agradecidas, contentas de haber participado de esta certificación.  Algunas de ellas están recibiendo estudios Bíblicos a través de las líderes de la iglesia o esposas de pastores. Gloria a Dios porque vemos que el Espíritu de Dios esta haciendo su trabajo en estas personas.

Por otra parte, el tema de la capacitación del Ministerio Infantil, se centró en cómo llevar a un niño a los pies de Jesús a través de las Escuelas Bíblicas de Vacaciones.  La capacitación fue dinámica y práctica.  Se tuvo la colaboración de las Iglesias para la decoración de cada estación y explicación a los asistentes del tema de la Escuela Bíblica de Vacaciones “Jasper Canyon,” “Donde cada niño es atesorado por Dios.”

Sin duda, esta Escuela Bíblica de Vacaciones va hacer una bendición para todas las Iglesias que decidan presentarla. Las Iglesias hispanas que participaron en cada estación fueron: La Hayes, Central de Milwaukee, Eau Claire e Independence.

Muchas gracias a todos los que participaron ayudando en la organización de este evento, a las directoras de ambos Ministerios de las Iglesias hispanas y especialmente, agradecemos a todas las esposas de los pastores hispanos, quienes son miembros del Comité de Damas Hispanas 2022, por su apoyo, dedicación y arduo trabajo para estos Ministerios.

Hispanic Women’s and Children’s Ministries Certification and Training

For the first time in Northwest Wisconsin, on April 29-30, the Certification and Training for Women’s and Children’s Ministries respectively was offered at the Eau Claire Hispanic Church. Teacher Rosa Morales and Psychologist Karol Mantilla were the presenters. Not only the Women’s and Children’s Ministries leaders  benefited from this Certification and Training, but the aspiring Master Guides as well.

The Hispanic Women’s Ministries finished its Certification last year, and was based on the book Mind, Character and Personality, part II. The psychologist Karol dealt with extremely important issues about the education of children and the role of parents in saving them for heaven. She also spoke about the importance of taking care of the mind and body and all the avenues of the soul, quoting Proverbs. 23:7, “And above all things, take care of your mind, for it is the source of life.”

The Hispanic Women’s Ministries, in addition to being trained and certified, uses these events to evangelize by inviting their friends to these types of meeting. At this event we had several visiting friends who were extremely grateful and happy to have participated, and some of them are agreed to take Bible studies with church leaders or pastors’ wives. Glory to God because we see that the Spirit of God is doing His work in these people.

The Children’s Ministries training also focused on how to lead a child to Jesus through Vacation Bible Schools. The training was dynamic and practical. We had the support of all our churches for the decoration of each station, and explanationed to the attendees about the theme of the Vacation Bible School “Jasper Canyon,” “Where each child is treasured by God.”

Without a doubt, this Vacation Bible School will be a blessing for all the churches that decide hold it in their local congregations. The Hispanic churches that participated in each station were: La Hayes, Milwaukee Central, Eau Claire and Independence.
