Two Freedoms, One Nation: Religious and Civil Liberties at 250

Uncategorized March 8, 2026

Join our Lake Union for a special event exploring the vital relationship between religious liberty and civil freedom as we reflect on 250 years of these foundational principles in our nation. Two Freedoms, One Nation brings together thought leaders and faith voices for a meaningful time of worship, reflection, and conversation about the role of faith and freedom in public life.

Our Divine Service keynote speaker will be Pastor John Lomacang, followed by a panel discussion featuring Shane Anderson, Kevin Burton, Tim Golden, Trevor O’Reggio, Melissa Reid, and Natasha Richards, who will share perspectives on the history, importance, and future of religious and civil liberties.

This event offers a unique opportunity for students, community members, and faith leaders to engage in thoughtful dialogue and deepen their understanding of the freedoms that help shape our society.
