Sue Nelson, Wisconsin Conference Superintendent for Education, announced recently that she has taken a call to the New York Conference to serve as their Education Superintendent.
Sue’s impact on Adventist education in Wisconsin has been profound. In 1998, Sue began serving in Wisconsin as principal/teacher for the Fox Valley Seventh-day Adventist School. She held this role until 2004, when her family transitioned to the Indiana Conference, where she continued her teaching career. Before returning to Wisconsin in August 2019 to serve as Superintendent for Education, she was serving as Superintendent for Education for the Dakota Conference.
We are deeply grateful for Sue’s years of dedication and the lasting impact she has made on the young people of Wisconsin. She will be greatly missed, and we pray for God’s blessings on her and her family as they begin this new chapter.
