El 9 de febrero, se llevó a cabo la graduación de 41 estudiantes que completaron los requisitos para la clase de “Historia y Desafíos de la Iglesia Adventista de Séptimo Día”. Por siete meses, de agosto 2018 a febrero 2019, los estudiantes asistieron a clases un domingo al mes, para conocer la historia de la Iglesia Adventista del Séptimo Día, entender mejor la forma en que Dios ha guiado a su pueblo y como alcanzar a otros con el evangelio y el amor de Jesús. El Dr. David Penno, representando a la Universidad Andrews, estuvo con nosotros para dictar la última clase y dirigir el ejercicio de graduación. En nombre de la Conferencia de Wisconsin, el presidente Mike Edge, compartió un desafío de II Timoteo 2:15 para continuar siendo estudiantes fieles de la Palabra de Dios. El director ministerial, Adam Case, hizo un llamado a los estudiantes para que estén constantemente buscando “un alma más” para compartir la Palabra de Dios con los demás.

Hispanic Lay Seminary Graduates 41
Graduation services were held on February 9 for 41 students who completed the requirements for the class, “History and Challenges of the Seventh-day Adventist Church.” For seven months, from August 2018 to February 2019, students attended classes one Sunday a month, to better understand how God has guided His people and how to reach others with the gospel and the love of Jesus. Dr. David Penno, representing Andrews University, was with us to dictate the last class and lead the graduation exercise. On behalf of the Wisconsin Conference, President Mike Edge, shared a challenge from II Timothy 2:15 to continue being faithful students of God’s Word. Ministerial Director Adam Case appealed to the students to constantly be looking for “one more” soul as thy share God’s Word with others.
We thank the administration of the Wisconsin Conference for its support in training the Hispanic brotherhood through the Seventh-day Adventist Seminary.
