Green Bay District, Personal Ministries Coordinator

Titus Naftanaila, pastor of the Green Bay District, joined the Wisconsin Conference in 2007. He received a Bachelor of Science in Theology from the Babes-Bolyai University, Cluj-Napoca, Romania, and earned a Master of Arts in Pastoral Ministry from Andrews University. Currently he is enrolled in the Doctor of Ministry Program at Andrews University, with graduation anticipated in 2023. While in the Wisconsin Conference, he has served as Religious Liberty Coordinator (2014-2018), Stewardship Ministries Coordinator (2014-2018), and Personal Ministries/Lay Pastors Training Program Coordinator since 2018.

Pastor Naftanaila was born in Romania where he lived until 2001. Prior to coming to Wisconsin, he served as a pastor, Public Affairs and Religious Liberty Director, teacher at the Advent University, and radio host for the Voice of Hope (Romania).

Pastor Naftanaila loves to preach God’s Word to make an impact on many lives and change their hearts to love the Lord. He is happily married to Rozina, and they have a son, Sebastian. They love to spend time together as a family, reading, biking, and traveling around the world.
