We are pleased to share that Pastor Bill Ochs has accepted the call to serve as the new Ministerial Director for the Wisconsin Conference. Along with this new responsibility, he will also continue his important work with the Trust Department.
Pastor Bill has dedicated the past 34 years to serving the Wisconsin Conference in many different roles. He began his ministry as a Literature Evangelist, later serving as Pastor, Principal, and most recently as Trust Director and Corporation Secretary. Through each position, he has shown his commitment to God’s work and to the people of our Conference.
The Ministerial Director is often described as the “Pastors’ Pastor,” and Pastor Bill embraces that calling wholeheartedly. In his own words: “I am here to help provide support and resources that the pastors need to be successful. I am happy to be a part of our team of dedicated and gifted pastors.”
Outside of ministry, Bill and his wife, Gladys, have been married for 44 years. Together, they have been blessed with three adult children and four grandsons.
We are deeply grateful for God’s leading in this decision and trust that He will continue to guide Pastor Bill as he begins this new chapter of ministry. Please join us in lifting him and his family up in prayer as he steps into this role of service for our pastors and churches.
