On April 17th Milwaukee was showered with rain, but that didn’t damper the spirits of the International Food fair at the North campus of Milwaukee Seventh day Adventist school.
Visitors, students and staff were greeted with tantalizing aromas and flags from countries
from all over the world.
Food offerings from Greece, Finland, The Philippines, Pakistan, Nigeria, Mexico, Hmong, South America, Honduras and the United States were generously provided by our many multicultural families and enjoyed by all. Games were also available for children of all ages to enjoy.
Funds raised will be used for the needs of the school, the 8th grade class and the student council,
The event was organized by Dawn Steffen, School Board Chairwoman, and her husband Sam Steffen, Lisa Doorley School Administrative Assistant, and Sandra Nojima School Secretary.
