The Madison Mustangs Pathfinder Club recently enjoyed a day learning about edible plants that grow all around us. Lead by Danielle Lawrence, English teacher at Wisconsin Academy, the pathfinders were able to collect food in the wild, prepare it and enjoy eating it together!

Included in their tasing menu were Wild Green Salad, Mint tea and baked apples! They had a fun and amazing time learning about all the things we can eat right in our own backyard.
