Wisconsin Academy is seeking a full-time, hourly Food Service Assistant who is passionate about ministering to young people and committed to the mission and message of the Seventh-day Adventist Church. About the Position
You will join a team that includes a Food Services Director, another full-time assistant, and approximately 18 student workers. As a Food Service Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising student workers
- Preparing and serving meals
- Cleaning and maintaining a positive cafeteria environment
We are looking for someone who is:
- Relational, inclusive, and professional
- Committed to creating a welcoming, Christ-centered dining experience
- Passionate about providing healthy, attractive, and tasty meals
Requirements
- Must be a committed Seventh-day Adventist in good standing
- Able to stand for 8–10 hours and lift up to 50 pounds
- ServSafe certified or willing to obtain certification before August 1, 2025
- Strong multitasking and supervisory skills
- Clear verbal and written communication in English
- Eligible to work in the United States
Work schedule does not require hours during home leaves or school breaks. Full-time employees are eligible for healthcare and paid time off benefits.
