Caravana de Esperanza

El canto “Vive la Esperanza” compuesto por el Pr. Homero Salazar, ministro del evangelio en la Conferencia de Florida, hizo vibrar los corazones de la hermandad en cada región-parada de la Caravana Evangelística de Esperanza que se llevó a cabo del 1-8 de octubre en el Ministerio Hispano de la conferencia de Wisconsin.

El orador, Pr. Mario Rondón, originario de la República Dominicana, llegó para traer mensajes de Esperanza y ánimo para la hermandad y comunidad Hispana. Los cantantes, Alice Hyde, Felipe Garibo y Josué Interiano presentaron conciertos musicales antes de cada predicación.

El sábado 1 y domingo 2 de octubre la caravana de Esperanza hizo su primera parada en la región de Eau Claire, Wisconsin, en la Iglesia Adventista Hispana.  Los hermanos de esa región asistieron a la iglesia con sus amigos y familiares. Nos gozamos en la Esperanza que nos da la palabra de Dios y como era de esperar, hubo rica comida hispana el sábado y domingo que nos permitió interactuar con nuestros invitados y hermanos.  Gracias al pastor José Vargas, su familia y hermanos por colaborar en la logística de esta parada de la caravana.

El lunes 3 y martes 4 de octubre, la caravana hizo su segunda parada. El pastor Asael Sánchez y la hermandad de la región de Madison acudió a la iglesia americana para gozarse en el Señor y disfrutar de la compañía de los hermanos, amigos, familiares de la comunidad y también para participar de alimentos para celebrar la ocasión.

La tercera parada de la caravana hizo vibrar de gozo a la hermandad de la región de Sheboygan, el miércoles 5 y 6 de octubre, con el concierto de Felipe Garibo y el mensaje del Pr. Mario Rondón, con el tema: “La Esperanza del Milenio”.   En esta parada, muchos hermanos y amigos de otras regiones, como, Madison, Milwaukee, Watertown y otras Iglesias vecinas siguieron la caravana.  Gracias al pastor Christofer Guzmán y a los hermanos de la Iglesia de Sheboygan por ser partícipes y colaborar en la logística de esta parada de la caravana.

La parada final de La caravana de Esperanza hizo sonar las bóvedas de la iglesia Central Hispana de Milwaukee el Viernes 7 y sábado 8.  El sábado por la noche tuvo una duración de 3 horas teniendo alrededor de 500 asistentes que se quedaron hasta el final de la programación.  El presidente de la Conferencia de Wisconsin, el pastor Titus Naftanaila, saludó a las diferentes iglesias y animó a los hermanos a continuar con gozo la esperanza de la venida de Jesús, con su presencia, manifestó su apoyo a la hermandad Hispana de Wisconsin.  Ese día, 43 personas respondieron al llamado para su preparación para el bautismo y 12 nuevas almas se unieron a la familia de Dios mediante el Bautismo y uno por profesión de fe.  También, en las paradas anteriores, se celebraron bautismos haciendo un total de 15 nuevos miembros y dejando en cada región muchos interesados con los cuales seguir trabajando. Agradecemos al pastor Samuel Latouche, Freddy De Los Santos y al pastor Juan Díaz por su apoyo en la preparación para esta última parada de la caravana evangelística de esperanza.

Primeramente, agradezco al Señor Jesús por permitirnos llevar a cabo esta Caravana de Esperanza y a la administración de la conferencia de Wisconsin, al pastor Adam Case, director de evangelismo, por proveer los fondos para llevar a cabo tan magno evento Evangelístico.

Agradecemos profundamente a Felipe Garibo, Alice Hyde y Josué Interiano por los conciertos musicales inspiradores de cada noche, al Pr. Mario Rondón por los mensajes de Esperanza, a José Interiano por el sonido y transmisión, al pastor Josué interiano y su familia por acompañarnos con el servicio de canto en la región de Eau Claire y Madison, al Grupo Musical Hispano, a Arody y Hugo, por ayudarnos en la alabanza en la iglesia de Sheboygan y Milwaukee.  También agradecemos a los pastores y líderes locales por su apoyo en cada región.

Caravan of Hope

The song “Vive la Esperanza” composed by Pastor Homero Salazar, from the Florida Conference, made the hearts of the brotherhood rejoice at each stop during the Evangelistic Caravan of Hope that took place on October 1- 8. Caravan of Hope was sponsored by the Hispanic Ministries of the Wisconsin Conference.

The speaker, Pastor Mario Rondón, originally from the Dominican Republic, came to bring messages of hope and encouragement for the Hispanic brotherhood and community. Singers, Alice Hyde, Felipe Garibo and Josué Interiano presented musical concerts before each sermon.

On Saturday, October 1 and Sunday, October 2, the Caravan of Hope made its first stop in the Eau Claire region at the Hispanic Adventist Church. The brothers from that region attended with their friends and family. They rejoiced in the hope that the word of God gives and as expected, there was delicious Hispanic food on both days that was enjoyed as they interacted with guests and brothers. Thank you to Pastor José Vargas, his family and his brothers for collaborating in the logistics of this caravan stop.

On Monday, October 3 and Tuesday, October 4, the caravan made its second stop. Pastor Asael Sánchez and the brotherhood of the Madison region met at the American church to rejoice in the Lord and enjoy the company of brothers, friends, and families from the community. They also enjoyed the food provided for the occasion.

The third stop of the caravan happened on Wednesday, October 5 and Thursday, October 6. The brotherhood of the Sheboygan region rejoiced during the Felipe Garibo concert and the message that Pastor Mario Rondón shared on the theme: “The Hope of the Millennium.” At this stop, many brothers and friends from other regions, such as Madison, Milwaukee, Watertown and other neighboring churches followed the caravan. Thank you to Pastor Christofe Guzmán and the brothers of the Sheboygan Church for participating and collaborating in the logistics of this caravan stop.

The final stop of the Evangelistic Caravan of Hope was celebrated at the Central Hispanic Church in Milwaukee on Friday, October 7 and Saturday, October 8. The program Saturday night lasted 3 hours with around 500 attendees who stayed until the end of the meeting. The president of the Wisconsin Conference, Pastor Titus Naftanaila greeted the different churches and encouraged the brothers to continue with joy in the hope of the coming of Jesus. His support was felt in his presence for the Hispanic brotherhood of Wisconsin. That day, forty three people answered the call to prepare for baptism and twelve new souls joined the family of God through baptism and one by profession of faith.

At the previous stops, baptisms were also celebrated making a total of fifteen new members with many others interested in each region with whom we will continue working. We thank Pastor Samuel Latouche, Pastor Freddy De Los Santos and Pastor Juan Diaz for their support in preparing for this last stop of the evangelistic caravan of hope.

First of all, I thank the Lord Jesus for allowing us to carry out this Caravan of Hope, the administration of the Wisconsin conference, and Pastor Adam Case, director of evangelism, for providing the funds to carry out such a great evangelistic event.

We deeply thank Felipe Garibo, Alice Hyde and Josué Interiano for the inspiring musical concerts every night, Pastor Mario Rondón for the messages of hope, José Interiano for the sound and transmission, Pastor Josué Interiano and his family for accompanying us during the song service in the Eau Claire and Madison region, to the Hispanic Musical Group, and to Arody and Hugo for helping us in the praise time at the Sheboygan and Milwaukee churches. We also thank the pastors and local leaders for their support in each region.
