“Llamados a Servir” II Camporee de Guías Mayores
El fin de semana del 25-27 de agosto, 2023, se celebró en Hancock, Wisconsin, el II Camporee de Guías Mayores de la Conferencia de Wisconsin y contamos con la asistencia de alrededor de 70 personas que se dieron cita a este hermoso Camporee.
El orador invitado fue el pastor Michel Rodríguez, director de Jóvenes de la Conferencia de los Estados del Golfo, quien presentó mensajes muy relevantes de cómo rescatar a los jóvenes para Cristo.
El campamento dio inicio el día viernes con la registración de los clubes y levantar las tiendas de acampar, y a las 7:00pm tuvimos el programa de apertura y el primer mensaje presentado por el pastor invitado.
El sábado de mañana se realizó un hermoso desfile de los clubes, se impartieron varios seminarios y honores del curso de guía mayor y también se realizó una caminata al aire libre, alrededor del campamento, con 3 paradas para los círculos de oración y alabanzas de gozo fueron entonadas durante el recorrido.
El sábado en la tarde se llevó a cabo la investidura de cinco guías mayores y 15 nuevos aspirantes a guía mayor, fueron inducidos y recibidos en los respectivos clubes de guías mayores. Después de la investidura se tuvo el evento de marchas y finalmente, al terminar el sábado, tuvimos juegos sociales alrededor de la fogata.
El domingo, último evento, se llevó a cabo la carrera de obstáculos y luego se dio por terminado el Camporee con la premiación de clubes participantes.
Agradecemos a Dios en primer lugar por permitirnos llevar a cabo este magno evento, así como al Departamento de Jóvenes y el Ministerio Hispano de la conferencia de Wisconsin, como también a los pastores y clubes que dieron su apoyo para llevar a feliz término el II Camporee de Guías Mayores 2023.

“Called to Serve” II Master Guide Camporee
Over the weekend of August 25-27, 2023, the 2nd Master Guide Camporee for the Wisconsin Conference was held in Hancock, Wisconsin. About 70 people attended this beautiful camporee.
The guest speaker was pastor Michel Rodríguez, Youth Director of the Gulf States Conference, who presented very relevant messages on how to rescue young people for Christ.
The camp began on Friday with registration of the clubs and the setting up of tents. At 7:00 pm we had the opening program and the first message presented by the guest speaker.
On Sabbath morning, there was a beautiful club’s parade followed by several seminars and honors for the Master Guide course. Attendees also enjoyed an outdoor walk around the camp, with 3 stops for prayer circles as well as singing praises of joy as they walked.
On Sabbath afternoon, the investiture service for 5 Master Guides was held along with welcoming 15 new Master Guide inductees into their respective Master Guide clubs. After the induction there was a marching competition and finally, after closing the Sabbath, they enjoyed social activities around the bonfire.
On Sunday, the last day of the event, participants tackled an obstacle course before closing the Camporee with the award ceremony for participating clubs.
First of all, we thank God for allowing us to hold this great event. We also thank the Youth Department and the Hispanic Ministry of the Wisconsin Conference, as well as the pastors and clubs that gave their support in making the 2nd Master Guide Camporee a success.
