Adventist Community Services (ACS) have been busy in their communities especially with COVID-19. Some of the food shelves have been distributing high volumes of food, others have been making masks, and others are filling a need in your community. As we look forward to the winter, the needs will still be there.
At the recent Oshkosh Pathfinder Camporee, we were gifted with many disaster buckets filled with cleaning supplies and laundry soap. We all know that in the winter house fires happen in every community, and flooding happens in the spring. These filled buckets (a $50.00+ value) are available to all our churches and can be used for family members whose houses were destroyed by fire or flood. Make contact with your local fire and police departments, letting them know these disaster cleaning buckets available.
If you are interested in receiving some of these acs yellow buckets, please contact Alice at 608-345-3883 and leave a message or email at agarrett@wi.adventist.org.
Thank you,
Alice Garrett, Wisconsin Adventist Community Service Director
