The Wisconsin Academy chapter of the National Honor Society is pleased to announce that nine new members were inducted it its membership during a ceremony attended by the entire student body with family and friends. Dr. Austin Bacchus spoke about the “Weight of a Talent,” exploring Jesus’ parable of the talents and encouraged us to see the gifts God has given us in the proper perspective. The charge was followed by a candle lighting ceremony, the signing of the NHS register, and the presentation of certificates. Seniors in the society were also honored with a medallion. The National Honor Society officers and sponsor Brandon Baptist wish to thank all who attended and those who in other ways continue to support these students in their growth.
