Friday, November 16, Maranatha students tested out how far sneeze germs can travel. Their first attempt was with paper confetti, but it wasn’t properly exiting the balloon. Then they used glitter. After testing multiple times from both the top of the steps and the end of the hallway, it was discovered that the average sneeze can travel 22-28 feet! Student say the experiments strongly suggests that covering a sneeze with your elbow is highly recommended.
