Kindergarten Students Enjoy Field Trip with Pizza and Chocolate

During a recent field trip, Kindergarten students from Milwaukee South campus went to Pizzeria Uno where they were able to make their own pizzas. Teacher, Eugene Kitridge says “They loved it! We learned about the art of pizza making in class prior to going. They are all experts!”  The students also went to a small chocolate candy store operated by a blind Christian man. He showed the kids how he operates his store despite his blindness. He also talked to the kids about where chocolate comes from and let them dip a pretzel stick into a pot of fresh chocolate! Of course, it was a very good day for the students.
