Accommodation Information

The campground supports 290 family cabin units, 183 full service RV sites, 241 Electric sites, 23 non-electric sites, 6 water/electric sites, 6 dormitory sites for women, and 6 lodge rooms for senior women – a total of 755 available camping sites. Four large restroom and shower facilities are on the grounds, and two of them have a restroom that is family/handicap friendly. Laundry facilities are located in the basement of Cedar Lodge, and are available for a donation. Port-o-lets are available in locations furthest from the main facilities. Pricing is as follows:

Cabin Units vary in size and furnishings. Each unit is one-half of a cabin building and includes an exterior door. Locking cabin units is recommended. Codes and keys are available at the Registration Office.
Full Service RV Sites include water, electricity, and sewer service.
Water & Electric Sites include electricity and a dedicated water faucet nearby.
Electric Only Sites include electricity and have a shared water faucet nearby. Out of courtesy to other users, electric site users may not leave their hoses connected to the water faucets.
Non-Electric Sites consist of a marked plot for a tent or camper without electricity or a close water faucet.
Women’s Dorms are cabins occupied by three women each who may or may not know each other. These are located near restrooms and shower facilities. Each dorm room includes a refrigerator and microwave.
Women’s Lodge Rooms are rooms occupied by 6 senior women, who may or may not know each other, in Hickory Lodge. Accommodations include twin beds and in-room access to restroom and shower facilities. Rooms include a refrigerator, microwave and air-conditioning/heat.

Please note: BE SURE TO SIGN UP AND PAY BY THE LAST BUSINESS DAY IN JULY, OR YOUR SITE FOR THE FOLLOWING YEAR MAY BE LOST.

If you try to make a reservation after the last business day in July for a Cabin or Full-service site, your site will be listed as unavailable. If you would like to reserve a Cabin or Full-service site you will need to contact Reservations to be added to the waiting list.
After the last business day of July Electric and Non-Electric sites will be available on a first come, first-served basis.

Waiting Lists: If all sites are full, those interested in reserving a Cabin or Full-service site may request their name be added to the waiting list. In the event someone who has first right to a Cabin or Full-service site no longer needs it or qualifies, or if there is a sublet available, names on the waiting list will be contacted in the order they signed up on the list.
Subletting: For those unable to attend the current year’s camp meeting, you are required to contact Reservations to sublet your site for that year. Your site will be opened, just for that year, to the next person on the waiting list.

Your current reservation will be forwarded to the following year’s camp meeting and any payments you made will also be transferred to the following year.
