Personnel April 12, 2026

The Wisconsin conference would like to welcome Justin Perrone, who is joining the Wisconsin conference team as the new Secretary/Treasurer.

On Thursday, March 26, the combined Nominating and Executive Committees convened to appoint Justin Perrone as the new Secretary/Treasurer of the Wisconsin Conference, effective June 1, 2026.

Perrone holds degrees in Accounting and Business Administration from Atlantic Union College and has more than 30 years of experience across government, private, corporate, and denominational sectors. He currently serves as the Associate Treasurer and Auditor for the Chesapeake Conference.

His previous roles include serving as the Conference Auditor for the Northern New England Conference for seven years. Before that, he spent 8 years at the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), where he audited individual and corporate tax returns and trained new staff in tax law and auditing. He also spent six years working as a staff and senior accountant at Hubbard Regional and Emerson Hospitals in Massachusetts. Prior to that, he was a staff accountant at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation in Massachusetts. Throughout his career, he has served on numerous boards and provided accounting services to various private and denominational organizations.

“I personally met Justin and his wife, Ingrid, and was deeply impressed by their dedication to the Lord and His ministry. Although most of their family lives on the East Coast, they feel a strong calling from the Lord to serve as “missionaries” in Wisconsin. “ We warmly welcome them and appreciate their ministry to the Wisconsin Conference in this key role,” said President Titus Naftanaila.

Justin Perrene responds to the call with the statement:

“I am deeply honored to accept the call to serve as Secretary/Treasurer for the Wisconsin Conference of Seventh-day Adventists. After much prayer, my wife and I believe God has clearly led us to Wisconsin for this opportunity.

My vision for this ministry is to uphold the highest standards of faithfulness, transparency, and integrity. I am committed to managing the Conference’s resources wisely, ensuring that every dollar is used effectively to support the salvation of souls and the growth of God’s kingdom.

I pledge my full support to the Conference administration, the Executive Committee, pastors, and members. I will serve with diligence and accountability, seeking the Holy Spirit’s guidance to ensure Christ is uplifted and His mission is advanced in every decision.

We are humbled by this calling and look forward to laboring together with you in anticipation of Christ’s return.”

Perrone is married to Ingrid, and together they enjoy reading, gardening, and spending time in nature on walks and hikes.
