On March 5, the Lake Union Executive Committee voted to elect Elden Ramirez as the next president of the Lake Union Conference, with his leadership taking effect on April 15, 2025. This historic decision marks a significant milestone, as he becomes the first Gen X union president in North America and the first Hispanic American to serve as president of the Lake Union.

With a heart for mission and a commitment to serving God’s people, Elder Ramirez steps into this role with dedication and vision. We celebrate this moment with gratitude and look forward to seeing how God will work through his leadership.
