More than 55 ladies attended the Women’s Ministries Fall Retreat that was held October 4 – 6, at Wintergreen Resort in Wisconsin Dells, WI. Attendees were a mix of first-time attendees to the seasoned attendee who has attended Women’s Ministries events over the past 25 plus years! The diversity in attendees highlighted how each woman has their own story and how sharing our story with each other provides encouragement and support for our Sisters in Christ.
The weekend was filled with love, laughter, and even a healthy tear or two as each attendee was able to relate, in some way, to testimonies shared by our speaker, Janet Salazar and other attendees. It was a beautiful weekend spent with like-minded sisters. We were blessed by the time we shared together as we recharged and renewed our spiritual health through deep dives into faith, breakaway sessions, small group activities, worship, praying together, and moments of remembering to be still and know that the “I AM” is God.
