Craig Carr is a life-long Jesus-follower and Seventh-day Adventist pastor who enjoys traveling, reading, hiking, photography, and running, and can be found on Instagram @HikesWithCamera and @ThisCarrisRunning. As a part of his daily devotions, Craig goes for an outdoor run every day and averages about 40 miles per week. He’s completed over a dozen marathons and considers every day he gets to run a great day! He has been married for 28 years to Carisa who serves as Associate Director of Education for the Mid-America Union Conference in Lincoln, Nebraska. They have two adult children of whom they are delighted.
Craig serves as the Ministerial Director for the Mid-America Union Conference. He holds an M.Div from Andrews University Theological Seminary and a D.Min from Denver Seminary in Colorado and continues to research and present on the interaction of emotional and spiritual maturity in leadership and ministry. The ultimate purpose of his work with pastors and ministry leaders can be summarized, “Restore the Joy of my Vocation.”
