It Is Written has a new program online called Preventing Cognitive Decline. This is a two-part series on Alzheimer’s presented by John Bradshaw and Dr. Wes Youngberg. They identify risk factors and discuss simple lifestyle changes that you can make to help prevent and even reverse cognitive decline. To view these programs, go to itiswritten.org and click on the link “Watch.”

Also, if you missed the series “Take Charge of Your Health,” you may see that along with other health-related topics on their site.
