Todd and Deidra Roat welcome little Luisa to their family! She was born at 2:47 the morning of July 26, 2019. Luisa is a healthy 8 pounds 1 ounce, and measures 19 3/4 inches long. Congratulations to Todd, Deidra, big brother Sean and big sister Odessa!
