We are grateful for the many hands and hearts that help care for Camp Wakonda, and we invite you to join us for our 2026 Work Days as we serve together in Christ. These days are a meaningful opportunity to use your gifts, build fellowship, and support the ministry of the camp as we prepare the space for all who will gather here.
📅 Wakonda Work Days Schedule
- February 22 | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (One Day Only)
- March 22 – 24 | Special Work Days
- March 29 – 31 | Special Work Days
- May 17 – 21 | Regular Wakonda Work Bee
🔨 Projects May Include:
- Tree work (please bring chainsaws and appropriate PPE if available)
- Cabin renovation and electrical work
- Painting in the lodges
- Work on bath house privacy screens
- General repairs and maintenance
- And other projects as the need arises
🍽️ Meals & Lodging
Meals and lodging will be provided so volunteers can focus on serving, connecting, and enjoying time together in fellowship.
