Yin Schaff, MS, CNP, is the Wisconsin Conference Health Ministries Coordinator. A cardiac nurse of 37 years, Yin received her nursing degree from Southwestern Adventist College, and later furthered her education and became a certified family nurse practitioner. She recently retired from being an acute care nurse practitioner in cardiology. Since her retirement, Yin has switched her focus to primary prevention and teaches plant-based cooking classes in churches and local communities helping them learn hot to have a heart healthy life.
