Some may say, “Why pray?” Others may say, “Prayer changes things!” The disciples said, “Lord, teach us to pray…” (Luke 11:1). What would you say about prayer? The Bible says that “…out of the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaketh.” (Matt. 12:34) Is it possible that the words of our prayers could reveal what we believe in our hearts about prayer? As we begin each day at camp meeting, let’s join together and ask the Holy Spirit to purify our hearts with the truth of God so we can pray audacious, God-honoring, fruit-producing prayers!
