Hi! I am Bill Ochs. My friends call me “Willy.” Please consider yourself a friend! I have been happily married to my wife, Gladys, for over 35 years. Gladys and I have three children, Jerry, John, and Rachelle, and four very active grandchildren—all boys! —Benjamin, Jameson, Oliver & Maxwell. We also have two cats, a sassy cat named Oreo and Tiger-Toes, who loves biting everyone’s toes.
Gladys and I were converted in our early 20s, and we have been active in some type of ministry for over 35 years. I received my Master’s Degree in Theology from Andrews University in 1992 and we have been pastoring in Wisconsin ever since. Our paradigm of ministry has been modeled after Mark Finley’s statement; “First you make a friend, then you make a Christian friend, then you make a Seventh-day Adventist friend.”
One of my favorite free-time activities is reading, mostly about early American history and early Adventist history. Gladys and I enjoy walking, and riding our bikes along the Fox River, close to home. Our favorite activity of all is spending time with our children and grandchildren.
