Please note: BE SURE TO SIGN UP AND PAY BY THE LAST BUSINESS DAY IN JULY, OR YOUR SITE FOR THE FOLLOWING YEAR MAY BE LOST.

If you try to make a reservation after the last business day in July for a Cabin or Full-service site, your site will be listed as unavailable. If you would like to reserve a Cabin or Full-service site you will need to contact Reservations to be added to the waiting list.

After the last business day of July Electric and Non-Electric sites will be available on a first come, first-served basis.

Waiting Lists: If all sites are full, those interested in reserving a Cabin or Full-service site may request their name be added to the waiting list. In the event someone who has first right to a Cabin or Full-service site no longer needs it or qualifies, or if there is a sublet available, names on the waiting list will be contacted in the order they signed up on the list.

Subletting: For those unable to attend the current year’s camp meeting, you are required to contact Reservations to sublet your site for that year. Your site will be opened, just for that year, to the next person on the waiting list.

Your current reservation will be forwarded to the following year’s camp meeting and any payments you made will also be transferred to the following year.
