Camp meeting 2019 will be in session June 14-22. Registration is required for all on-site accommodations. Early registration is recommended. For questions regarding registration, contact the locating team as listed below.

Accommodation Information
The campgrounds support 293 family cabin units, 185 full service RV sites, 227 Electric sites, 25 non-electric sites, 7 water/electric sites, 17 electric sites for tents only, and 9 sites for dormitory women – a total of 763 available camping sites. Four large restroom, shower, and coin-operated laundry facilities are located at intervals throughout the campground. Port-o-lets are available in locations furthest from the main facilities. Pricing is as follows:

  • Cabin Units vary in size and furnishings. Each unit is one-half of a cabin building and  includes an exterior door. Locking cabins units is recommended. Keys are provided upon arrival.

  • Full Service RV Sites include water, electricity, and sewer service.

  • Water & Electric Sites include electricity and a dedicated water faucet nearby.

  • Electric Sites include electricity and have a shared water faucet nearby. Out of courtesy to other users, electric site users may not leave their hoses connected to the water faucets.

  • Non-Electric Sites consist of a marked plot for a tent or camper without electricity or a close water faucet.

    Women’s Dorms are cabins occupied by three women each who may or may not know each other. These are located near restrooms and shower facilities.

Online Registration Steps

1. Click here to begin online registration.

2. Click Log In or Sign up in the upper right corner of the site.

3. Once logged in, click the yellow button, “Check Availability” with the arrow on it.

4. Enter the dates you intend to stay. If you are registering for camp meeting be sure to enter the dates if you intend to stay though Sunday.

5. Once you enter the dates, if you’ve registered before, a box will show at the top and say 1 or more available.

6. If the yellow available button appears, click on the drop down menu on the right hand side just above where it says total. Your site number should be listed there. You will want to select it. If you have not registered before simply fill in the information in the filter boxes on the left.

7. Once finished, click the yellow continue button.

8. At this point it will say you have 13 minutes to complete. Hit continue again.

9. Fill in your payment information, click agree, and then make reservation.

10. You should receive a confirmation email.


Please note: If you are trying to register after the last business day in July for a cabin or full-service site, your site will be listed as unavailable. At this point you will be added to the waiting list and you will be assigned a site in the order it arrived. PLEASE BE SURE TO SIGN UP AND PAY BEFORE TUESDAY, JULY 31, OR YOUR SITE FOR THE FOLLOWING YEAR WILL BE LOST.

Dump Station: An RV dump station is available to all attendees for disposal of gray and black water.

Waiting Lists: Those interested in renting a cabin after all cabins have been rented may request their name be added to the cabin waiting list. In the event someone who has first right to re-rent a cabin no longer needs it or qualifies, names on the waiting list will be contacted in the order they signed up on the list.

Sublet List: Those interested in renting a cabin after all cabins have been rented may also request their name be added to the Cabin Sublet List. If someone who has already rented a cabin discovers they cannot attend camp meeting this year, they will offer the cabin they’ve paid to rent to another which will transfer their rent to the next year. Those interested in renting full service or other sites after all sites have been rented may also request to be placed on a sublet list.

Meals are not included in registration fees. Meal tickets for the cafeteria may be purchased Sunday-Friday at the administration building. Attendees are also welcome to prepare meals at their campsites. A snack bar is also open much of the day and limited food items may be purchased at the Apple Valley Natural Foods store located on the camp grounds.
