When is camp meeting held?
Camp Meeting 2023 will be held June 16-24. 

Who may attend camp meeting?
Camp meeting is open to the general public free of charge. Registration is only required for on-site accommodations.

Is there anything planned for children?
Yes. Special, age-appropriate meetings and activities are planned every day for children of all ages. Check the camp meeting program guide for more information.

What accommodations are available?
The campground supports 290 family cabin units, 183 full service RV sites, 241 Electric sites, 23 non-electric sites, 6 water/electric sites, 6 sites for dormitory women, and 6 lodge rooms for senior women – a total of 755 available camping sites. For availability, visit on-line registration.

There is one motel located in Westfield: Pioneer Motor Inn at 242 Pioneer Park Rd.

May I rent a cabin or campsite for a weekend only?
Part-time reservations may be available. Contact Reservations for availability.

May I eat meals in the cafeteria?
Yes. Meal tickets may be purchased at the Administration Office during camp meeting. Tickets are not sold during the Sabbath hours – sunset Friday evening through sunset Saturday evening. If you know you will arrive at camp meeting during this time, you may order tickets in advance by contacting LaQuita Anderson at (920) 484-6555 ext. 306, or email her at landerson@wi.adventist.org.

What kind of food does the cafeteria serve?
All food is vegetarian.  Vegan options are available upon request. Menu.

How much do meals at the cafeteria cost?
Meal prices at the cafeteria for 2023 are as follows:

May I prepare meals at my campsite?
Yes. You are welcome to prepare food at your campsite. Open fires are not permitted on the campgrounds. Electric burners and the like are permitted for cooking.

May I have a campfire at my campsite?
Open fires are not permitted on the campgrounds. Electric burners and the like are permitted for cooking.

Are laundry facilities available?
Washers and dryers are located in the basement of Cedar Lodge.  A laundromat is also located in Westfield on East 2nd Street.

May I bring my pets?
Pets are not permitted anywhere on the campground. We recommend finding a sitter for your pet or engaging the services of a local boarding kennel.

What should I wear?
Bring modest clothes for hot weather, one-piece swimming suits for the lake, and a sweater or jacket for cooler evenings. Remember an umbrella for rain and something a little special to wear for Sabbath.
