Free Adventist Community Health Care Initiative

The Wisconsin Conference of Seventh-day Adventist is working to establish a free mobile medical ministry program in Wisconsin. We envision mobilizing a team of mission minded medical and non-medical volunteers who would provide a community with one or two days of dental, optical, medical and non-medical services free of charge. This would be organized in conjunction with the local Seventh-day Adventist Church's community evangelism plans. Referrals, follow-up appointments, and Bible Study opportunities are also part of the larger plan.

To accomplish this, we need volunteers who are willing to donate a few days of their time each year to outreach endeavors. Those who sign-up below will be under no obligation, but will be notified with more information about upcoming events, dates, and needs. All dentists, dental assistants, medical doctors, nurses, nurse practitioners, CNA's, physical therapists, nurse practitioners, nurse anesthetists, medical assistants, physician assistants, mental health professionals, naturopaths, and anyone with a heart for ministry are needed.

To have your name added to the volunteer interest list, click on the volunteer sign-up button below and fill out the short form. For more information contact Juanita Edge, Health Ministries Coordinator.

On May 13 and 14, 2017, Wisconsin will hold their first Free Dental Clinic and Health Expo. It will be held in Marshfield, and is sponsored by the Wisconsin Conference and area churches. To learn more or sign up to help with this exciting outreach project, contact the Marshfield Free Dental Clinic director, Dr. Arlene Gayle, at freedentalclinic2017@gmail.com.
